Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Job Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service with a smile Assist customers with policy inquiries, claims, and payments Collaborate with agents and team members to ensure customer satisfaction Utilize computer skills to navigate various programs and databases Learn and adapt to new technologies and processes Requirements:
Proficiency with computers Ability to work well in a team Experience in office or insurance (preferred, but not required) Perks:
