Summary:
This is a full-time position that plays a significant role in our business as our client relations and sales contact for our current and potential customers.
This position addresses our clients' needs in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
The Client Relations Representative will work closely with the office manager, office supervisor and other office staff to help with the day-to-day needs of running the office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to communicating with our clients in a friendly manor, answering their questions, answering phones, recording pertinent information in industry specific software, attending team meetings, and working on some collaborative projects as needed.
Position Skills & Requirements:
This position requires excellent customer service with a focus on building lasting relationships with our clients.
The Client Relations Representative must demonstrate efficient time management, exceptional interpersonal communications skills, and the ability to quickly learn trade specific software.
Must have a positive, friendly, and cooperative attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
A willingness to learn, personal initiative and dependability are key, while a knowledge or passion for landscaping, gardening, and all things green will set the applicant apart.
