Center Operations Manager

Hi there! We're looking for a smart, energetic Center Operations Manager to join our team.
As the Center Operations Manager, you'll be the go-to person for managing all aspects of our center's operations.
From taking care of our amazing clients to supporting our dedicated staff and ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day, you'll play a crucial role in providing top-notch therapy services to our kiddos and families.
You'll work closely with the Center Director and also interface with therapists, other administrators, and families.
What responsibilities can you expect? Client Management Conduct outreach, manage relationships with our local network of providers, and get the word out about our center and services! Articulate the value of our services to interested potential clients, answer their questions and meet them where they're at, and help them get excited about our program.
Roll out the red carpet for clients in the assessment phase and keep open lines of communication with families, addressing their concerns and providing progress updates.
Handle client scheduling like a pro, making sure our therapy resources are used effectively and services are delivered on time.
Always keep an eye on client satisfaction, implementing improvements and addressing any issues or complaints promptly.
Staff Supervision and Development Work directly with our centralized recruiting and people management teams to recruit, hire, and train a dream team of ABA therapists and support staff.
Provide ongoing support, coaching, and feedback to help our therapists grow and excel in their roles.
Develop exciting professional development programs to enhance staff skills and keep them up to date with the latest ABA therapy practices.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and help our team members advance in their careers.
Operational Efficiency Implement existing operational policies and procedures that keep our center running smoothly day in and day out.
Optimize the utilization of therapy resources, including assessment tools, materials, and equipment.
Manage the center's budget, making sure we're mindful of expenses while still delivering top-quality services.
Keep accurate records, documentation, and data collection systems in line with regulations and quality standards.
Compliance and Quality Assurance Stay up to date with regulations, laws, and accreditation standards that apply to autism therapy centers.
Ensure we comply with all the necessary regulations and maintain our licenses and certifications.
Regularly conduct audits to make sure our quality assurance standards are top-notch.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure and healthy environment for our clients and staff.
Communication and Collaboration Foster effective communication and collaboration among our therapy team, families, and other stakeholders.
Lead team meetings along with the Center Director to share important updates and ensure we're all on the same page.
Collaborate with the Center Director and other teams to align our operational strategies with the center's goals.
Be our center's friendly face in internal and external meetings, and community events, promoting our services and building strong relationships.
What qualifications do you need to be successful in the role? Master's degree (preferred) or at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.
g.
, business, marketing, healthcare administration).
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within an ABA therapy center or a similar healthcare setting.
Confident and friendly demeanor and experience effectively communicating with individuals in person and over the phone.
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and operational processes.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
